Rosewood Naturals Seagrass Fun Ball – 15cm

Description

Rosewood Naturals Seagrass Fun Ball – 15cm Natural Toy

The Rosewood Naturals Seagrass Fun Ball is a generously sized woven ball for rabbits, guinea pigs and compatible small pets to roll, nudge, investigate and gnaw. Its open structure also makes it easy to fill with clean feeding hay for an extra foraging activity.

Measuring approximately 15cm in diameter, the ball creates a substantial but lightweight object for pets to move around their enclosure.

Natural Seagrass and Rattan

The ball is woven from natural seagrass and rattan. Rosewood’s Naturals range is made without glue, wire or staples, keeping the construction simple and plant based.

Natural materials can vary slightly in colour, thickness and texture. These small variations are normal and make every ball a little different.

Roll, Gnaw or Fill with Hay

Place the ball in an open part of the enclosure and allow your pet to choose how to interact with it. Some pets may push and roll it, while others may prefer to investigate or gnaw the woven surface.

For additional foraging, tuck loose strands of clean feeding hay into the gaps. Your pet can then pull the hay free while moving and investigating the ball.

Enrichment Alongside Unlimited Feeding Hay

The Rosewood Naturals Seagrass Fun Ball provides an interesting way to present a small amount of hay, but it must not restrict access to your pet’s main supply.

Rabbits and guinea pigs must always have unlimited fresh feeding hay and clean drinking water available separately. For a soft, fragrant filling option, try our Devon Orchard Hay.

Safe Use and Supervision

Choose toys that suit the species, size and chewing habits of your pet. Supervise pets during play and check the ball regularly for heavy damage or contamination.

Remove and replace it if it becomes heavily damaged, wet, dirty or small enough to present a swallowing risk. Clear away loose pieces that are no longer suitable.
