Description
Dried Raspberry Leaves for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs
Our dried raspberry leaves are a simple forage treat for rabbits and guinea pigs. Each bag contains 100% raspberry leaf and stalk with nothing else added, giving you an easy way to introduce a different natural taste and texture to your pet’s routine.
We carefully select the forage and pack it by hand. Choose from 50g, 200g or 500g bags depending on the amount you need.
Pure Raspberry Leaf and Stalk
This is a single-ingredient product with no added sweeteners or flavourings. The mix of leaf and stalk provides varied pieces for pets to sniff, sort through and nibble.
Dried raspberry leaves are naturally delicate and have a tendency to crumble. Although we handle them carefully, smaller pieces and leaf dust may be present inside the bag. This is normal and the smaller pieces can still be sprinkled through clean feeding hay.
Add Natural Variety to Foraging
Scatter a small amount through a hay box or forage tray to encourage your pet to search for the leaves while grazing. You can also offer a few pieces by hand.
Try serving them with our soft, sweet-smelling Devon Orchard Hay. Long-strand feeding hay should remain the main part of your rabbit’s or guinea pig’s daily diet.
How to Feed Dried Raspberry Leaves
Offer dried raspberry leaves in small amounts as a complementary forage. Introduce them gradually when feeding for the first time, particularly if your pet is not used to dried herbs and leaves.
Always provide unlimited fresh hay and clean drinking water. Remove any uneaten forage that becomes wet or soiled, reseal the bag after use and store it in a cool, dry place.
